Dear participants of the Olympiad!
For your comfort, the Organizers have modified the visa procedure for the Olympiad.
You are requested to fill an additional Form with supplementary information. You can do it either directly in the registration system or fill the Form and send it to us by e-mail to visas@bakuchess.com. The organizers will send you an electronic visa, with which you will be able to enter Azerbaijan. You will show the visa at the desk of your departure flight to Baku. Upon arrival to Baku, with the printed electronic visa please address directly the Passport Control desks. Please check that in the registration system, you have uploaded a colour scan of your passport, and an identity picture in colour on a white background, in 3x4 format. Failing to send these documents will result in not being granted a visa, and thus not being able to participate to the Olympiad.
This new procedure is very convenient for you: you don’t have to wait in queue at the Airport, and thus lose time. Please cooperate with the organizers and send us the needed documents and information quickly.
